St Leonards
Just want to pass on my thanks to the team at Levonix. It’s been a really great process from the get-go. From the initial meeting with Keegan, he was very accommodating with the floorplan and the amendments that we wanted like to make, nothing was too much trouble, and it made the process really smooth. What was also pleasing is unlike a lot of volume builders -which you’re not, they would charge an arm a leg just to move a PowerPoint let alone a wall or redesign in any way. Personally, I struggle with floorplans and measurements, and Keegan was great in giving me a good understanding. Thank you with the colour selection in which I was guided by Kendall, and I can’t be more pleased by the finished product. Most of all I can’t rate Mel enough- it’s a very tough job being a site supervisor and she coordinated really well with my building inspector which Levonix welcomed once again. I’ve heard many stories where builders aren’t comfortable with building inspectors, and this was something that Keegan said that you advocate for. As a sidenote, my building inspector said this is in the higher end of inspections that he has undertaken and whatever need to be rectified, you coordinated very quickly and did so with minimal fuss. Also at handover with the little bits and pieces that need to be attended to Mel was able to accommodate and she even noticed a few things that I didn’t -this extra touch at the very end of the process when the house is technically mine is something that you should be very proud of.
Torquay
We recently built through Levonix Homes for our new home in Torquay and right from the get go Jen and the team were fantastic in helping us design our dream home. They were supportive and collaborative on our requests and made the initial stages of the design process stress free. Unfortunately we built during the pandemic + material/labour shortage period but the guys were amazing at keeping us updated weekly and pushed hard to get our project finished as quick as possible. The follow ups after we moved in were also professional and quick.. would highly recommend the Levonix Team if you wanted to build down the surf coast and support a local business!

I feel fortunate to have chosen Levonix to build my home. They made me feel at ease with what is a very daunting exercise. They allowed me to customise the floorplan to suit my needs allowing me to have a unique home. The Levonix team throughout the process were great, Keegan from the outset helped me choose designs, extras, layouts through to the selection of colours etc with Kendall. Other notable mentions include Vibha in the office and of course, Mel, my Site Supervisor who was brilliant. Their communication was top notch, meaning I was informed at every step of the way. Torquay
March 30, 2023, the day our worst fears happened. Countless hours of planning and 12 months into our build, our builder went into liquidation.
We were now looking for a builder to come on board to complete our home. We contacted a local family-owned builder, Levonix Homes.
Keegan, Jennifer and their friendly team worked tirelessly with us to reignite our passion to bring our dream to fruition.
