5. Floorplans, Renders & Inclusions
All floorplan dimensions, areas, and facade images shown on this website are indicative only and subject to change. Images may contain upgrade items not included in base prices (e.g. feature cladding, landscaping, or fixtures).
Inclusions shown in renders and brochures are for illustrative purposes only. Always refer to your formal quotation and signed HIA building contract for the final list of inclusions.
6. Promotions & Special Offers
From time to time, Levonix Homes may advertise special promotions, incentives, or package inclusions. All such offers:
Are subject to change, extension, or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
May be limited to specific home designs, façade options, locations, or estates.
Cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless expressly stated in writing.
Are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Apply only to new clients who have not previously entered into a building contract with Levonix Homes.
May be subject to specific eligibility criteria, payment milestones, or promotional periods.
All promotions are offered in good faith but are subject to confirmation at the time of contract signing. Where there is any inconsistency between the general terms above and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms will take precedence.
Current Promotion: “ Bellarine Views Build Advantage”
Offer
Receive a combined up to $40,000 in value, consisting of:
A $20,000 land rebate, provided by the Bellarine Views land developer and adjusted at settlement; and
A $20,000 upgrade allowance, provided by Levonix Homes, applicable to standard upgrades or standard facade upgrades.
Eligibility
Available to clients who pay a holding deposit to the Bellarine Views land developer & Levonix Homes on or before 8 March 2026.
Applies to new home build contracts only with Levonix Homes.
Offer applies to selected Bellarine Views lots only and cannot be combined with any other Levonix Homes promotion.
Upgrade Allowance Conditions
Upgrade allowance may be used toward standard upgrades listed in Levonix Homes’ current upgrade booklets and/or standard facade upgrades only.
Custom-quoted items are excluded, including bespoke design changes, structural variations, custom joinery, and non-standard facade designs or materials.
Upgrade allowance is not redeemable for cash or credit, is not a reduction to the build contract price, and must be applied at contract stage.
Build Pricing & Timing
Bellarine Views is anticipated to title in Q4 2026.
As this is not a ready-to-build estate, build pricing is held for a defined timeframe only and may be subject to standard price rise provisions due to land titling delays, client-related delays, or industry cost increases.
Land Rebate
Land rebate is provided by the Bellarine Views land developer, not Levonix Homes.
Rebate is adjusted at settlement and subject to the developer’s terms and conditions.
Full land rebate terms are available directly from the land developer.
General
Levonix Homes reserves the right to vary or withdraw the build component of this promotion at any time. Offer is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. All imagery is for illustrative purposes only. Promotion is conditional upon entering into separate land and building contracts.
