This site is operated by Levonix Homes Pty Ltd (ACN 168 777 384), a residential builder servicing Geelong, the Bellarine, and the Surf Coast. All information provided on this site is for general information purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure the content is accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information contained within.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or building advice. For tailored information or a formal quote, please contact us directly.

2. Use of the Website 

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not use the website or its content in any way that:

Is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Harms or attempts to harm our reputation or operations

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or block access to the website at any time without notice.

4. Design Ownership

All house designs, floorplans, renders, brochures, and facade images displayed on this site are the property of Levonix Homes. They may not be reused, reproduced, copied, adapted, or shared in any form without our prior written consent.

Any use of our intellectual property without permission may result in legal action.

5. Floorplans, Renders & Inclusions

All floorplan dimensions, areas, and facade images shown on this website are indicative only and subject to change. Images may contain upgrade items not included in base prices (e.g. feature cladding, landscaping, or fixtures).

Inclusions shown in renders and brochures are for illustrative purposes only. Always refer to your formal quotation and signed HIA building contract for the final list of inclusions.

6. Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time, Levonix Homes may advertise special promotions, incentives, or package inclusions. All such offers:

Are subject to change, extension, or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

May be limited to specific home designs, façade options, locations, or estates.

Cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless expressly stated in writing.

Are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Apply only to new clients who have not previously entered into a building contract with Levonix Homes.

May be subject to specific eligibility criteria, payment milestones, or promotional periods.

All promotions are offered in good faith but are subject to confirmation at the time of contract signing. Where there is any inconsistency between the general terms above and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms will take precedence.

Current Promotion: “ Winter Fast-Track Promotion – Terms and Conditions ”

  • This promotion is offered by Levonix Homes Pty Ltd (“Levonix Homes”).
  • Registered Building Practitioner: CDB-U 58993.
  • The promotion is limited to the first eight eligible new clients who pay the required Levonix Homes holding deposit by 11:59 pm on 30 September 2026.
  • The promotion may end earlier if all eight promotional places are secured.
  • Eligible clients may receive a total promotional benefit valued at up to $30,000, comprising:
    • $15,000 towards eligible colour selections and upgrades.
    • A free eligible façade upgrade valued at up to $15,000.
  • If the selected façade is valued at less than $15,000, the difference will not be paid, credited or transferred to the client.
  • Any unused portion of the colour-selection and upgrade allowance is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • To qualify, the client must:
    • Be a new Levonix Homes client who has not previously entered into a building contract with Levonix Homes.
    • Enter into a new-home building contract with Levonix Homes.
    • Select an eligible standard Levonix Homes floorplan.
    • Build within an approved Levonix Homes construction area.
    • Pay the required holding deposit by 30 September 2026.
    • Have their home ready to commence onsite by 30 March 2027.
    • Satisfy Levonix Homes’ standard site, finance, contract, approval and construction requirements.
  • A home will be considered ready to commence onsite when all required pre-site matters have been completed. This includes applicable land-title, finance, contract, colour-selection, permit and approval requirements, and all other client obligations required for Levonix Homes to commence onsite works.
  • Eligibility is subject to confirmation by Levonix Homes.
  • The $15,000 allowance may only be used towards eligible colour selections and standard upgrades offered by Levonix Homes.
  • The free façade upgrade applies only to eligible standard Levonix Homes façade options and is valued at up to $15,000.
  • The promotion does not apply to:
    • Structural changes or structural variations.
    • Bespoke or custom design changes.
    • Custom-quoted items.
    • Non-standard façade designs, materials or modifications.
    • Land, site costs, authority charges or third-party costs.
    • Any item not approved by Levonix Homes as an eligible promotional selection.
  • All selections are subject to availability, site suitability, developer requirements, planning requirements and applicable building approvals.
  • The promotion is limited to one promotional benefit per eligible building contract and building site.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with another Levonix Homes promotion, discount or incentive unless Levonix Homes agrees otherwise in writing.
  • The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
  • The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing building contract.
  • If an eligible client does not proceed with their building contract, does not meet the required dates or otherwise ceases to satisfy these terms, their promotional place and benefits may be withdrawn and offered to another eligible client.
  • Levonix Homes may amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the promotion before a promotional place has been secured, subject to applicable law.
  • Any changes will not affect rights already acquired by an eligible client under a signed building contract.
  • Images, renders and examples used to advertise the promotion are for illustrative purposes only and may show finishes, features or items that are not included in the promotion.
  • The advertised saving of up to $30,000 is the combined maximum value of the promotional benefits. The actual benefit received will depend on the eligible selections made by the client.
  • The client’s building contract, quotation, specifications and approved selections will contain the final details of the home, pricing and inclusions.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
  • If these promotion terms are inconsistent with Levonix Homes’ general promotional terms, these specific terms will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
  • Contact Levonix Homes directly for further information or to confirm eligibility.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of this website is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By submitting your details through the website, you consent to us contacting you and sending relevant communications, including marketing (which you can opt out of at any time).

10. Contracts vs. Website Content

Nothing on this website overrides the terms of your signed HIA building contract with Levonix Homes. Formal pricing, designs, timelines, and obligations are set out in your contract documents and not on this site.

All building agreements are subject to council approvals, site assessments, soil reports, developer guidelines, and compliance with local planning requirements.

11. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices displayed on this website—including base prices, upgrades, promotions, and house and land packages—are indicative only and may change without notice. Prices can vary based on:

Site-specific conditions (e.g. slope, soil classification, retaining requirements)

Location, developer/council regulations, or zoning overlays

Client-selected upgrades, inclusions, or design modifications

Levonix Homes reserves the right to amend or correct pricing at any time. Errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE). For an accurate quote tailored to your block and preferences, please contact our team directly.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
